Support a meaningful cause while showcasing your business or organization! Limited vendor spaces are still available for our upcoming Community Health Fair. To reserve your spot, simply complete the registration form below.

Vendor Terms & Conditions

Please review the following before submitting your vendor application:

​

  1. Vendor Fee: $100 per vendor.

  2. Your vendor space is not reserved until your completed registration form and full payment have been received.

  3. Each vendor will be provided one (1) 6-foot table and two (2) chairs. Vendors are responsible for all table coverings, displays, signage, decorations, and promotional materials.

  4. Vendor setup must be completed no later than 8:00 AM on the day of the event.

  5. Vendors are responsible for keeping their booth clean throughout the event and removing all materials and trash before departure.

  6. Parking will be available in the designated event parking area. Additional event-day instructions will be emailed prior to the event.

  7. Registration and payment deadline: August 15, 2026, or until all vendor spaces have been filled.

  8. Vendor fees are non-refundable.
